  • 1 pound beef bone
  • 2 quart

Method

  1. Clean and wash both meat and bone. Cut meat into 2-inch cubes. Soak meat and bones in water included in A for 1 hour in a covered pot.
  2. Uncover and bring rapidly to a boil. Add ingredients included in B and C and bring to a boil again. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 1½ hours.
