Vegetable Puree

Ingredients: Peel 2 pounds of vegetables. Wash and cut into small pieces and add to Soup Stock. Bring rapidly to a boil. Reduce heat to moderate, cover and cook for 45 minutes. Strain soup. Press vegetables through sieve.; Prepare Soup Stock
