  • 1 ounce (2 tablespoons) butter
  • 2 tablespoons flour

Method

  1. In a kettle, melt butter slowly. Add flour, salt and pepper. Mix well.
  2. Add milk slowly, stirring constantly, and bring to a boil.
  3. Add ingredients included in C and cook over low heat for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
