  • 1 frying chicken, cut into serving pieces

  • Juice of 1 lime

Method

  1. Weigh chicken to determine amount of seasoning required.
  2. Wash chicken in water with lime juice included in A. Drain and dry well. Rub chicken pieces on both sides with the seasoning. (Rub seasoning well into skin of chicken.
