  • 2 pounds chicken pieces

Method

  1. Wash and dry chicken pieces. Place in a caldero or heavy kettle, together with ingredients included in B.
  2. Heat to boiling, cover and cook over moderate heat for 40 minutes.
  3. Uncover, and cook about 20 minutes, or until chicken is done.
