  • ¼ pound dried, salted codfish fillets

Method

  1. Soak codfish in water to cover for 4 hours. Drain well and boil in 4 cups water for 15 minutes. Drain and rinse in fresh water. Discard skin and bones, and shred flesh.
  2. Heat fat in a frying pan. Add onions and brown slowly. Add the shredded codfish. Add tomato sauce and fat or Aehiote Coloring.
  3. Beat eggs and add. Stir over
