Method

  1. Into a bowl, sift flour 3 times with salt and baking powder.
  2. Rapidly cut in butter, using a dough blender or two knives, until mixture resembles coarse meal.
  3. Break egg into measuring cup. Mix well egg yolk and white, without beating. Add enough of milk included in B to total ½ cup liquid.
