A

  • 1 pound boiled lobster meat
  • 2 cups water
  • tea

Method

  1. Bring to a boil the water with salt included in A. Add boiled lobster meat and cook for 5 minutes over low heat. Allow to cool and cut lobster meat into I-inch chunks.
  2. Combine ingredients included in B and C to make a sauce. Pour sauce over lobster. Chill in refrigerator and serve cold.
