  • 2 pounds fresh or frozen shrimp tails in the shell

Method

  1. Wash shrimps well. (If frozen, allow to defrost.)
  2. Bring to a brisk boil over high heat ingredients included in B. Add shrimps and turn heat to low. Cover and cook for 5 minutes, or until shrimps are done, according to their size. (When done, the shell turns pink and the meat loses its translucence and becomes dull.)
