  • 6 eggs
  • 2 large onions
  • 2 large tomatoes

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F.
  2. Wash and trim tomatoes and cut each into 3 slices. Place slices in bottom of glass baking dish.
  3. Peel and wash onions. Cut each into 3 slices, removing center of each onion slice to form a nest in which to place an egg.
