  • 12 ripe finger bananas (guineitos niños) (select ripe bananas with yellow skin and firm to the touch)

Method

  1. Peel finger bananas and brown to a golden color in a frying pan over moderate heat, in fat included in B.
  2. Drain on absorbent paper. Set on a platter and sprinkle with cheese.
