  • 3 green plantains
  • 2 quarts (8 cups) water

Method

  1. Peel plantains and soak for 30 minutes in water with salt included in A. Remove from water, drain well, and grate.
  2. Combine grated plantains with ingredients included in B.
  3. Wash plantain leaves and cut into pieces large enough to wrap mixture as follows:

    Place 2 tablespoons of the plantain mixture in the center of each piece of leaf,
