  • 1 cup yellow cornmeal, sifted
  • ¾ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup

Method

  1. In a large saucepan, combine all ingredients and bring rapidly to a boil, stirring constantly.
  2. Reduce heat to low and stir occasionally for 15 minutes. Serve immediately.
