  • 2 pounds breadfruit seeds (see Glossary)
  • 2 quarts (8 cups)

Method

  1. Wash breadfruit seeds well. Cook in boiling water, covered, for 30 minutes.
  2. Add salt, and boil for 15 minutes, or until tender. Remove and serve. Peel and eat immediately.
