  • 3 large green plantains, peeled and grated into shreds

Method

  1. Preheat oil to 350°F. Divide plantain shreds into 12 portions.
  2. Take one portion of the plantain shreds, place in the palm of one hand and pound with the palm of the other hand. Drop over a tabletop and press again to flatten arañitas irregularly
