  • 2 pounds pumpkin, peeled and cut into pieces
  • 1 quart (4 cups) water

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Grease a 2-quart glass baking dish.
  2. Cook pumpkin rapidly in water and salt included in A, covered, for 20 minutes. Drain and put pumpkin through a potato ricer.
  3. Add ingredients included in B,
