  • 18 guineitos niños (finger bananas), ripe (see Glossary)

Method

  1. Peel guineitos niños and cut in two slices, lengthwise.
  2. In a bowl, blend ingredients included in B. Dip guineitos slices gradually and remove with a slotted spoon.
  3. Deep-fry in fat, heated to 375°F., until golden brown. Remove and drain on absorbent paper.
