  • 2 cups water
  • 1 egg yolk

Method

  1. In a large bowl, combine flour and salt. Add water slowly, while mixing vigorously with a wooden spoon, until all lumps disappear. Strain mixture through a sieve, completely. Add blended egg and mix into a very thin batter.
