  • cups milk
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 2 ounces

Method

  1. In a saucepan, bring to a boil ingredients included in A. When boiling, remove from heat and add ingredients included in B. Stir constantly over moderate heat until mixture separates from sides and bottom of saucepan.
  2. Remove from heat and pour onto a shallow platter. Cool slightly and shape into small balls, about the size of walnuts
