  • cups grated fresh corn
  • 1 teaspoon melted butter

Method

  1. Combine corn and melted butter.
  2. Mix ingredients included in B, and add to the corn, alternately, with the milk included in C.
  3. Drop batter by spoonfuls in fat, heated to 365°F., until golden brown. Remove and drain on absorbent paper.
