  • ½ pound cheese, shredded (Gouda, Cheddar, or Swiss cheese)
  • 1 egg

Method

  1. In the small bowl of electric mixer, blend ingredients included in A at high speed.
  2. Take mixture by teaspoons, turn into balls, coat with crumbs and deep-fry until golden brown in fat heated to 350°F.
  3. Bemove and drain on absorbent paper. Serve immediately.
