A

  • 1 cup left-over cooked rice
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • ¼ teaspoon

Method

  1. Mix together ingredients included in A.
  2. Mix together ingredients included in B and combine both mixtures.
  3. In a frying pan, heat fat and drop mixture by spoonfuls to fry in shape of thin fritters. Fry until golden brown. Remove and drain on absorbent paper.
