Method

  1. Sift together flour with salt and baking powder into a large bowl. 2— Using a dough blender or 2 knives, cut lard included in B rapidly into the flour.
  2. Add water gradually and mix into a dough.
  3. Turn dough onto a lightly floured board and knead gently, flouring the board whenever necessary, to prevent sticking. Shape dough into a ball, place in a bowl
