  • ¾ pound carrots

Method

  1. Scrape, wash and grate carrots. Place in a bowl.
  2. Add raisins and mix.
  3. Mix ingredients included in C and add to bowl. Mix thoroughly and set in refrigerator.
  4. When ready to serve, spoon over lettuce leaves.
