  • pounds boiled ham
  • 1 pound lean pork or beef

Method

  1. Grind together ham, meat, and onion.
  2. Mix salt, pepper, and crumbs and add to meat mixture.
  3. Add milk and eggs and mix well.
  4. Pack the mixture into a greased baking dish and bake for 1½ hours at preheated oven to 350°F
