  • 2 ounces (4 tablespoons) butter
  • 1 pound chicken meat

Method

  1. Cream butter in a bowl. Grind chicken meat, add, and mix. Add rest of ingredients and mix thoroughly. Divide mixture in two portions.
  2. Place each portion over wax paper and roll into two 14-inch rolls.
  3. Wrap each roll in parchment paper and cover firmly with heavy duty aluminum foil. Twist ends. Tie around rolls and ends securely wi
