• ½ pound butter
• 2 cups brown sugar, firmly packed

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Grease and flour lightly a round 9 x 3½-inch aluminum tube cake pan.
3. In a bowl, cream butter and sugar, until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
4. Sift tog
