  • 1 teaspoon fresh

Method

  1. Pour evaporated milk into a saucepan.
  2. Add lime juice and lime peel, mix, and set aside for 10 minutes.
  3. Add sugar and blend well with a rubber spatula. Set saucepan over moderate heat and bring to a boil, without stirring.
