  • 1 cup water
  • ¼ pound butter
  • ½ teaspoon

Method

  1. Place ingredients included in A in a saucepan, and bring rapidly to a boil.
  2. Remove from heat and add flour all at once, stirring vigorously with a wooden spoon, until well blended.
  3. Add eggs, one at a time, and mix until well blended after each addition.
  4. Deep-fry, by tablespoons, in fat heated to 375°F., until golden brow
