A

  • ¼ pound Swiss cheese (Gruyère), grind
  • ½ pound liverwurst, grind

Method

  1. Place ground ingredients in a bowl. Add ingredients included in B and mix.
  2. Spread butter included in C over bread slices and spread filling between slices. Cut in half. Set on a platter and cover with a damp cloth. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
