  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 lime peel, rinsed and drained

Method

  1. Wash lime peel and wipe dry. Beat egg whites, together with lime peel, until stiff, but not dry.
  2. Add sugar gradually and beat until stiff.
  3. Add chilled water slowly and beat. Serve cool immediately.
