  • 1 cup ajonjolí (sesame seeds)
  • 1 quart (4 cups)

Method

  1. Soak ajonjolí in water included in A for various hours. Drain well and crush ajonjolí in a mortar.
  2. Add lukewarm water, mix, and squeeze through a muslin cloth into a pot.
  3. Add sugar, mix, and set in refrigerator in a glass jar. Serve chilled with ice.
