Ingredients

  • 1 cup ground coffee, Puerto Rican style, firmly packed
  • cups boiling water

Method

  1. In a drip coffee pot, place the ground coffee in the strainer and pack firmly.
  2. Pour over the coffee ¼ cup of the boiling water and allow to drip slowly. When dripping stops, continue adding boiling water, ¼ cup at a time.
