Method

  1. In a small saucepan, blend egg yolks and sugar. Add milk gradually and mix.
  2. Heat a coil in the stove until it is red. Place over it the saucepan and stir mixture rapidly for 2 minutes. Remove from heat, add vanilla extract and rum, and mix.
