Method
Wash and scrub orange. Wipe dry, and with an icepick, pierce all over, deep into the orange.
Place
whole
orange in a glass jar with a wide lid.
Add the rock candy to the jar.
Pour contents of the bottle of rum over the rock candy and cover
tightly
.
Allow to stand for
at least one month
at room temperature.
