I love chicken roasted over bread. I love blueberries and cornmeal together. Cornbread often dries out in short order after baking. Blueberries lack the acidity to cut through the richness of chicken over bread. Blueberries and lemon love each other. This is an exact transcription of my mental stream of consciousness that developed this dish. My creative process is often more practical than artistic.
