This is served every Friday morning in the shop and is the product of lots of selfless research. We wanted to offer breakfast but the rhythms of the restaurant make it difficult to give such an important meal due focus. Instead, we decided to offer one thing on one day and give it the attention it deserves. Don’t forget to preheat the oven in advance to warm the sandwich – a crucial detail!
