Ingredients: salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste; small handful of coriander, finely chopped; zest and juice of ½ lemon; 1 tsp smoked paprika; 1 tsp mango chutney; 30 g flaked almonds; zest and juice of ½ lime; 2 tsp curry powder; 110 g simple mayonnaise; 50 g sultanas; 1 tsp olive oil; 2 large chicken legs, about 300 g each
