Ingredients: zest and juice of ½ lemon; zest and juice of ½ lime; 2 tsp curry powder; 1 tsp olive oil; 2 large chicken legs, about 300 g each; 1 tsp mango chutney; 50 g sultanas; 1 tsp smoked paprika; 30 g flaked almonds; small handful of coriander, finely chopped; salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste; 110 g simple mayonnaise
