You will be amazed at the gorgeous color and satisfying flavor of this terrific Thai party dish. Made in an electric rice cooker, it is incredibly easy to prepare. It’s also versatile: it keeps for an hour or so while you visit with your guests, or you can easily transport it to a potluck meal.
