Our spicy house blend of dukkah is used to dust tasty chicken wings before grilling, and if that is not enough we serve them with our lively chilli relish. They are delicious with warmed pitta bread, cooling tzaziki and enjoyed as part of a meze.

Method

  • Simmer the chicken wings in a large pan of lightly salted water for 20 minutes or until cooked. Carefully pour into a large colander and drain thoroughly.
  • Whilst the chicken is still warm, tip into a large bowl, add the Dukkah and oil. Season with salt and pepper and mix together thoroughly to coat.
