Dimitrios says: ‘When I first made ‘stuffed burgers’ I was 13 years old. I worked in a restaurant in Thessaloniki and the head chef wanted a new dish that would be different to other restaurants. I had an idea to make the ‘stuffed burger’. Customers loved this delicious and tasty Greek bifteki. I’ve now decided to give it a new name…The Real Greek Burger!’
