  • 450 g Agen prunes
  • 1 orange, cut into quarters
  • 1 cinnamon stick

Method

Instructions

  1. Place all the ingredients into a large saucepan and cover with cold water.
  2. Slowly bring the pan to the boil, simmer for about 20-25 minutes until the prunes are soft.
  3. Transfer to a large bowl, cool and store in the fridge.
