  • 225 g strong plain flour, sifted

Method

  • Place the 2 flours, muesli and salt in the bowl of a food mixer with the K beater or dough hook attachment.
  • In a measuring jug melt the treacle thoroughly with the warm water. Crumble the yeast on top of the liquid and leave to froth until it resembles the head of a pint of Guinness.
