Salmon

  • 1 litre water
  • 100 ml dry white wine
  • 1

Method

Salmon

  1. Place all the ingredients in a narrow pan except the fish and bring to the boil. Allow to simmer for 5 minutes.
  2. Remove the pan from the heat and add the fish leaving to gently cook in the residual heat for 8-12 minutes.
  3. Remove from the stock onto a warm plate and cover.
