  • 3 tablespoons/45 ml Ligurian extravirgin olive oil

Method

Heat the olive oil and butter together in a large pan and sauté the onions until they are translucent. Let cool slightly. Then combine the onions with the mashed potatoes, the beaten eggs, grated cheese, salt and pepper to taste. You should use more pepper than usual.

Place one layer of dough in the bottom of a lightly oiled baking dish. Then fill the shell with filling. Add the top lay
