Moyashi no Oshitashi

Beansprout Salad


  • 370g bag of beansprouts
  • 2 tablespoons Kaeshi
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • pinch of sea salt


Simply empty the bag of bean sprouts into a pan of boiling water for a minute until slightly softened. Drain and rinse with cold water; then squeeze them to drain any excess water out. Mix in a large bowl with the kaeshi and sesame oil.

Serve cold.
