Ingredients

  • 20 okra pods
  • 1 tablespoon white sesame seeds
  • 1 tablespoon kaeshi
  • 1 teaspoon katsuo bushi (bonito flakes)
  • pinch of sea salt

Method

Slice the okra into bite-sized pieces. Toss the okra with the sesame seeds. Dress with the kaeshi, katsuo bushi and sea salt, then serve.
