  • About

This is a super simple sesame dressing, packed with flavour. It dresses any salad or you can dip just about anything in it. It keeps well in the fridge and I’ve never met a vegetable it didn’t enhance. You could almost eat it on its own...

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons tahini paste
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2

Method

Mix all the ingredients together well in a jam jar. If you like a thinner dressing, you can add cold water gradually, about a tablespoon at a time, until you get the consistency you like.

Store the excess in the fridge. Take it out and allow to come to room temperature before using if you can.
