This is the perfect cocktail to get the night started in Brixton Village. You’ll certainly find your dancing feet after a few...

Ingredients

  • 100ml cola
  • 25ml gin
  • 25ml vodka
  • 25ml white rum
  • dash Cointreau
  • 1 slice of orange, juiced
  • 3 limes, juiced
  • 1 drop orange blossom water
  • orange zest to serve

Method

Fill a tall glass two thirds full with ice cubes. Pour the cola over the ice and allow it to chill for a minute or two.

Add about 5 ice cubes to a cocktail shaker and add the gin, vodka and rum, along with the dash of Cointreau. Squeeze the juice from the slice of orange and the limes in as well. Include the skins of the fruit. Finish with the drop of orange blossom water and shake well.

Strain the liquid out onto the cola and dress with orange zest and a stirrer. I added a cocktail umbrella too. Your capacity for kitsch may vary.
