My father and I are the lamb lovers in our family. One of our favourite dishes is served at Nova Capela, an old-style, pink-tiled botequim located in Centro. There is nothing epicurean about the way they serve this dish; it comes with a simple side of broccoli, rice and roasted potatoes, but the meat is so tender and velvety that it slides off the bone.
